These Terms of Service govern your use of CyManSquare's website and all related software, tools, and services. By creating an account or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Not engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities on our platform
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our systems
- Use the KMC Data Extraction tool only with data you are authorised to access
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact us immediately at cymansquare@outlook.com.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.
All content, software, graphics, and features on CyManSquare are the intellectual property of CyManSquare or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from CyManSquare.
Data you upload to our tools (e.g. KMC Excel files) remains your property. We process it solely to provide the service and do not claim ownership over your data.
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
CyManSquare is currently free for all early adopters. Paid subscription plans are being developed. When introduced, existing users will be given adequate notice and fair transition options.
Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be detailed in a separate Billing Policy when payment features are launched.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyManSquare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
